1 hour Total Body Workout designed with runners in mind to include strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and (youth) growth hormone production.
CORDIO CORE by EMILY
every wednesday @ 5:30 PM PST / 8:30 PM EST
Cardio Core will incorporate high-intensity interval training including abdominal movements and toning exercises to make you feel the burn. Let’s get motivated and workout together!

We've partnered up with endurance athlete, yoga teacher, and wellness coach, Ted McDonald, to create a training plan designed to get you through the finish line and to help you continue your life long relationship with fitness and wellness. Whether it's your first or 20th race, we're going to help you get ready based on your specific fitness level.
