DELEGATING YOUR RACE PACKET PICK-UP

If you have delegated someone to collect your packet pick-up please ensure they provide: - A photocopy of your ID - Order number - You have signed the elettronic waiver Without all of the above they will NOT be able to pick-up the packet on your behalf. BIB BY MAIL

---

If you are unable to attend the Expo then you can request to receive your race bib by post for an additional cost of $25. This will also alllow you to collect your race packet and T-Shirt at a reserved area on race day from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm (look out for the relevent signage). Remember, without Bib By Mail, there is NO RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP. The only alternative is to visit the Expo on Saturday or delegate it to a friend (proof of ID required). If you didn't purchase this option during registration, dont worry. The option can be found by logging on to RunSignUp.com, navigating to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > click Add-On Menu Item located on the top of Race page. For more help click here. We close Bib By Mail on October 10th, so be sure to sign up early! If you contact us after October 10th we will not be able to mail out your packet. For those of you that have selected Bib By Mail, please remember to check your mail.

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE EXPO?

If your schedule prevents you from collecting your packet pick-up, you can either purchase the 'Bib By Mail' option or delegate someone to pick it up on your behalf. There is NO RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP. NO EXCEPTIONS. For more info see FAQ: 'DELEGATING YOUR RACE PACKET PICK-UP'

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY RACE BIB?

PARKING

---

Parking for packet pick-up is located at the Zuma Beach Parking Lot. There is limited free parking located on Hwy 1, outside the parking area. Enter from any entrance off Hwy 1 and proceed past the first lot of parking. Pickup is located in the next lot. Parking at Zuma is $5 for all day parking. Display your parking ticket on your vehicle dashboard at all times to avoid a $63 parking citation.

Charity Runners & Lounge Access

If you’re a charity runner or you have purchased the VIP lounge access you will find a dedicated desk to check-in. Just follow the signage.

Your bib will include 2 drink tickets (Bring your ID. No ID= No Entry) and a wristband to wear to access the Charity/VIP Lounge sponsored by Bright Event Rentals. The lounge is only open on Sunday.

Located inside the lounge you will also find a place to leave your gear and pick up your race packet and shirt if you have purchased the bib mailing option. Basically, almost anything you might need will be located in this premium space reserved just for you.
